CallMiner is a conversation intelligence platform for large contact centers. Its Eureka platform ingests every customer interaction it can reach (recorded and real-time calls, screen recordings, emails, texts, chats and surveys), transcribes and redacts it, and scores it with AI so that quality, compliance and customer-experience teams work from all of their conversations rather than a sampled few. The product line follows that pipeline: Record and Redact for capture, Analyze and Visualize for the insight layer, Coach and RealTime for agent augmentation, and Outreach and OmniAgent for automation. An October 2026 release expanded AI Assist, which answers analysts' questions in plain language and shows the counts, trends and contact references behind each finding, and redesigned the RealTime Command Post supervisors use to find live calls that need them.

The distinctive part is the direction CallMiner has taken from analytics into automation. In June 2025 it acquired VOCALLS, a Czech voice-first virtual agent company, and the product now ships as OmniAgent: voice and chat agents designed in a visual flow builder, connected to CRM and CCaaS data, and covering inbound and outbound work such as authentication, routing, collections, surveys and reminders. CallMiner's pitch is that the same conversation analytics that grade human agents should decide what to automate and then grade the bots. The flagship OmniAgent story is Estafeta, the Latin American courier, whose voicebot cut average handling time from 420 to 90 seconds and let it answer 120 percent more package-tracking calls. Integrations are broad on the analytics side: prebuilt connectors for Genesys, NICE, Five9, Avaya, Amazon Connect, Talkdesk, Twilio, Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Qualtrics and Medallia, plus an open API and the Open Voice Transcription Standard for bringing your own speech engine.

Jeff Gallino is founder and CEO. The company is headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts and is privately held; its investor list includes Goldman Sachs, Sigma Prime Ventures, Intersouth Partners, Hamilton Lane, NewSpring and In-Q-Tel. Forrester named it a Leader in its Q2 2025 Wave for conversation intelligence in contact centers. British Gas is a named user of AI Assist. On security, CallMiner states SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001:2022, PCI DSS, HITRUST and FISMA controls, audited by KirkpatrickPrice.

There is no published pricing; demos and pricing go through sales. Choose CallMiner if you run a large, regulated contact center and your first problem is knowing what is happening across every call, for QA, compliance and coaching, with automation as a second step informed by that data. Skip it if you are a small team looking for a self-serve AI agent; you would be paying for an enterprise analytics platform to get one.
