supportrequest.ai is an independent directory of AI customer-support software, operated by Eligian Labs LLC from the United States ("we", "us", "our"). The site is a directory and information platform only; we do not endorse, sell, or provide any of the products or services it lists.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Eligian Labs LLC. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted on this page.
The site curates information about AI customer-support products: descriptions, categories, pricing, features, integrations, comparisons, and alternatives. The information comes from vendor websites, vendor submissions, public sources, and our own research. While we work to keep it accurate and current, information may contain errors, inaccuracies, or become outdated, and we make no guarantees about it.
The site provides informational content only, not professional, legal, financial, or purchasing advice. Do your own independent research before making any buying decision.
We may use artificial intelligence tools to help research and prepare editorial content; listing facts are verified against vendor websites and primary sources. We do NOT use AI to process your personal information.
The site's design, software, and original content (editorial descriptions, comparisons, guides) are the property of Eligian Labs LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual-property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the site for personal or internal business purposes. Scraping, bulk downloading, and data mining of the site are prohibited (see also our llms.txt for what we permit AI crawlers to do).
Product names, logos, and trademarks of listed vendors appear for identification and informational purposes only. They remain the property of their respective owners, and their display implies no endorsement, affiliation, or relationship. If you believe a mark is displayed improperly, contact us via the contact form.
When you submit a listing, claim a listing, edit a listing through a vendor account, or send us content in any other way, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the directory.
You represent and warrant that content you submit:
Do not submit confidential information. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit.
We review submissions before publishing and may edit them for style, accuracy, and consistency with the rest of the directory. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.
We offer two listing options:
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store, access, or process your credit card, bank account, or other payment information.
Refunds: if we decline to publish a paid submission, we will refund the payment in full. Once a paid listing has been published, the payment is non-refundable except where required by law.
Paying for a listing does not exempt it from these Terms or from our editorial standards. Featured placement means the listing is highlighted and sorted ahead of standard listings on relevant pages; it is not an endorsement, and we make no guarantees about traffic, clicks, leads, or any other results. We may remove a listing (paid or free) that violates these Terms or that we can no longer stand behind editorially; a paid listing removed for a Terms violation is not refunded.
Vendor accounts let you claim and edit listings for products you represent. You sign in with Google or an emailed single-use link; there are no passwords. By creating an account or submitting a listing you represent that:
Providing false information, or claiming a listing you are not authorized to represent, may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You may not:
Violations may result in immediate termination of your access and, where warranted, legal action.
We reserve the right to monitor the site, remove or edit content, suspend or terminate accounts, block access, and report violations to authorities. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS AT ANY TIME, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE, FOR ANY REASON. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in section 4 or as required by law.
We do not guarantee that the site will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice or liability.
The directory links out to the websites of the products it lists and to other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, products, services, or practices, and linking implies no endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
Listing details, including pricing, features, and integrations, reflect what vendors published at the time we checked and change often. The vendor's own site is the source of truth. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time without notice and accept no liability for errors or omissions. If you spot something wrong, please tell us via the contact form.
By using the site, submitting a listing, or creating an account, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (such as verification emails, sign-in links, and notices about your submission), and you agree that those communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content.
We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any product or service listed in the directory. Nothing on the site constitutes professional, legal, financial, or technical advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELIGIAN LABS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising from your use of the site, its content, decisions made in reliance on it, third-party products or websites, service interruptions, or errors.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF (A) $100 (ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; where such laws apply to you, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eligian Labs LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, content you submit, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. In short: essential cookies only for signed-in vendors, cookieless Plausible analytics for anonymous usage statistics, Stripe for all payment processing, and no selling of personal data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.
Before filing any claim, contact us via the contact form and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally; most issues are fixable quickly. Either party may bring an eligible dispute in small claims court instead.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the site.
