AI Agents & Chatbots B2B & Technical Support Help Desk & Ticketing
Support and feedback suite for SaaS teams: omnichannel inbox, Fibi AI agent, help center, feature voting, roadmaps and changelog in one plan.
SaaS startups and scale-ups that want an AI support agent, shared inbox, help center and product feedback board in one subscription starting at $29 per seat.
You run a voice-heavy or large enterprise contact center, since Featurebase is a small, digital-first vendor built around in-app chat, email and feedback.
Featurebase began as a feedback and roadmap tool and now sells a full customer support suite aimed at SaaS companies. One subscription covers an omnichannel inbox (an in-app Messenger widget, email, Slack and Discord), a help center, feedback boards where users vote on ideas, a public roadmap and a changelog with in-app widgets. The AI agent, Fibi, answers customer questions and can run custom actions such as extending a trial or offering a discount through no-code workflows; an AI Copilot gives human agents answers from company knowledge, AI drafts replies in your tone of voice, and the help center returns AI answers in the search bar and serves content in 40+ languages.
The distinctive part is how support and product feedback share one record. Requests that surface in support conversations are tracked as feedback, users are notified automatically when their request ships, and an account view shows each customer's tickets, feature requests and data side by side for support, product and go-to-market teams. That makes Featurebase a natural fit for a startup that would otherwise run Intercom for support and Canny for feedback. Featurebase publishes customer quotes on its AI: SocialBu's co-founder says it solves more than 80 percent of their support queries, and Voxiplan's says the bot handles more than 60 percent of requests without a human. Those are vendor-selected testimonials, not audited figures.
The company is small and unusual. Its careers page says the whole platform was built by two engineers for its first two years, until it passed 1,300 paying customers; the team is now eight people, bootstrapped and profitable, with co-founders Bruno Hiis, Markus Palm and Robi Rohumaa, and it describes itself as built in the EU. It claims 1,500+ customers, and names Lovable, Elementor, n8n, Ghost, Polymarket and HackerRank among them. It lists SOC 2, GDPR and CCPA.
Pricing is published. A free plan covers one seat with live chat, an inbox and unlimited conversations, but no AI. Growth is $29 per seat per month billed yearly, Professional $59 (adding Slack support, workflows, SLAs, Salesforce and HubSpot integrations and multilingual support) and Enterprise $99 (SSO, multi-brand, custom roles), and every paid plan adds $0.49 per AI resolution on top. A startup program offers 86 percent off. Choose Featurebase if you are a SaaS team that wants support, AI deflection and product feedback in one inexpensive tool. Skip it if you run a phone-heavy or large contact center, or need a vendor with a deep enterprise services bench, since this is an eight-person company built for digital support.
