Supportifier is a Swedish ticketing system for customer service with AI agents. During onboarding it builds a knowledge base from material you already have: documents, website, FAQ and past tickets. Your team reviews what should apply. The same reviewed knowledge then powers a public help centre, an AI contact form that shows help before a ticket is sent, AI and live chat with handover to a person, a shared inbox with owner, status, SLA targets and AI drafts, and a customer portal. When the source material has no answer, the chat says so and hands over to a person instead of guessing. Integrations include Gmail, Microsoft 365, Shopify, Magento, Visma Business NXT, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Stripe, PostNord and DHL.
