Giga builds AI agents for enterprise customer support across voice, chat, email, SMS and WhatsApp, with one agent and one memory carried across channels so a customer can start in chat and finish on a call without repeating themselves. The platform has three stages. You build an agent from readable policies, scenarios, knowledge and attached tools (APIs, code blocks, and a browser agent that operates internal systems that have no API). You observe it by going from a KPI to the conversations behind it. And you improve it with Scout, an agent-building agent that proposes and tests changes against a goal such as resolution rate. There is also a CLI for teams that want to ship and operate agents from the terminal.

Voice is where Giga started and what it leads with: sub-second latency, interruption handling, mid-call language switching, scheduled callbacks the agent places itself, real-time synthetic voice detection and real-time hallucination correction. Its strongest proof is DoorDash, where Giga agents handle multi-party delivery issues end to end, for example a Dasher blocked at a geofence, by checking chat history, calling the consumer and applying policy. Giga reports a 90%+ "Did We Resolve" rate there over a month of production data, with DoorDash co-founder Andy Fang quoted on the result. Giga says it takes customers live in under two weeks and that agents improve from 60 percent to 98 percent resolution on their own; treat those as vendor claims to test in a pilot.

Varun Vummadi, the CEO, started Giga with his co-founder Esha in their college dorm, originally to fine-tune LLMs for enterprises before customer conversations led them to support. In November 2025 it raised a $61 million Series A led by Redpoint. It claims SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and PCI DSS 4.0.1, and supports 99 languages.

Giga publishes no pricing and sells through demos and enterprise pilots. Choose Giga if you run high-volume, operationally messy support (delivery and logistics, fintech, telecom, hospitality) where the agent must take real actions across several systems, and voice quality matters. Skip it if you are a small team wanting a self-serve chatbot you can switch on this afternoon, because Giga is built and sold as an enterprise deployment.
