Estimates assume 5,000 conversations a month, 60% handled by AI and 10 agent seats, at each vendor's published list price (the cost calculator's model); treat them as a floor, not a quote. Compliance rows are what vendors publicly claim, and “Not verified” means we have not confirmed that fact yet, not that the tool lacks it.
Best for: Contact centers that want every conversation scored automatically instead of a sampled few, at a published $35 per user per month, with transcription included, QA for AI agents priced per conversation, US or EU hosting and SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR and ISO 27001 coverage, on any of 16 major help desk and CCaaS platforms, with Assembled and Injixo workforce management sync.
Look elsewhere if you are looking for an AI agent that talks to customers: EvaluAgent evaluates conversations, human or AI, and does not hold them. There is no free trial.
Best for: Credit unions and community banks that want voice and chat agents wired into Jack Henry, Fiserv, Corelation, FIS or Finastra cores so members can check balances, move money and manage cards without a human, with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 coverage.
Look elsewhere if you are not a financial institution, or you want published pricing: interface.ai is built around core banking integrations and sells entirely by quote scoped to institution size.
EvaluAgent is quality assurance and performance improvement software for contact centers. Its AutoQM engine automatically scores every conversation across voice, email, and chat instead of the tiny samples manual QA allows, with voice transcription built in, custom scorecards, and coaching workflows that route findings back to agents. A conversation intelligence tier adds intent detection, summarization, sentiment analytics, and predictive metrics, and a newer product line applies the same independent quality scoring to AI agents, priced per conversation rather than per seat.
The company was founded in 2012 in Middlesbrough in the north of England by Jaime Scott, Alex Richards, and Michelle Dinsmore, and built steadily for a decade before taking outside growth capital: a $20 million round in June 2023 from PeakSpan Capital, covered by TechCrunch as a bet that evaluating agents, human or otherwise, becomes more important as automation spreads. It remains one of the more prominent UK-grown players in the QA space.
Pricing is refreshingly public for this category. AutoQM starts at $35 per user per month, the AutoQM plus Conversation Intelligence bundle starts at $65 per user per month, and QA for AI agents starts at $0.05 per conversation, or $0.13 with conversation intelligence included. Volume discounts apply, AI agent pricing sits on top of a seat tier, and larger deployments still end in a custom quote, but you can budget from the website, which few competitors allow.
Choose EvaluAgent if you run a voice-heavy or omnichannel contact center, want QA plus coaching in one system, and appreciate a vendor that publishes numbers. It is a strong fit for UK and European operations and for teams starting to QA their chatbots. Look elsewhere if you want a free tier for a tiny team, or if you need a platform that also mines every conversation for churn and product signals, as Rippit (formerly MaestroQA) now does.

interface.ai sells AI agents purpose built for credit unions and community banks. Its BankGPT platform, launched in late 2025, spans Agentic Voice AI that answers member phone calls, Agentic Chat AI for web and mobile, and Agentic Employee AI that assists staff, all wired into core banking systems so the agents can actually do things: check balances, move money, manage cards, take loan payments. The agents authenticate members and complete transactions rather than just deflecting calls. In 2026 it added Smart Collections, a multi channel collections agent, and a bundled CCaaS offering through the Telarus partner program.
Srinivas Njay and Bruce Kim launched interface.ai in 2019, and Njay's origin story is genuinely charming: his father ran a credit union in India, and the company was built around institutions of that scale. It bootstrapped to more than 100 financial institution customers and tens of millions in annual recurring revenue before taking its first outside money in October 2024, a $30 million round led by Avataar Venture Partners, of which $20 million was equity and $10 million debt. The company says it now handles over 1.5 million conversations a day.
Pricing is entirely quote based. Nothing is published on the site, no tiers, no starting numbers, and deals are scoped to institution size, channels, and integrations. The company markets ROI cases rather than price points, which is common in this space but means you should benchmark against rivals like Posh AI, Glia, and Eltropy, and ask hard questions about one time implementation fees on top of the subscription.
Choose interface.ai if you run a credit union or community bank and want deep, prebuilt core integrations, it claims more than 40 Jack Henry implementations alone, plus voice as the flagship channel. It is a poor fit outside banking, and larger banks with in house AI teams or non financial businesses should look at horizontal platforms instead.
