About Atomicwork

Atomicwork calls itself an AI Workforce platform for IT: agentic ITSM and ESM that lets a company deploy, govern and scale what it calls AI Coworkers alongside its people. Underneath the branding it is a service management platform with incident management, IT automation, access provisioning and employee onboarding, fronted by a Universal AI Coworker named Atom that handles password resets, software access requests and application support. It works over chat, voice and vision in more than 25 languages, and the pitch is explicitly about finishing work rather than answering questions: "Resolutions, not just answers."

In Slack, employees raise requests from a public channel or by DM, with one-click service requests for catalog items. Atom fetches the right service form based on what the employee asked for, so requests are raised and tracked without anyone leaving Slack or Teams, and it posts status updates back to the same place. Two behaviours stand out. Atom can act on frequent IT issues and return a solution with no human in the loop, and it detects multiple intents in a single conversation and splits them into separate requests, which is the realistic case when someone types one message about three problems. It also updates its own knowledge by learning from public conversations in the channels you point it at.

Vijay Rayapati, Kiran Darisi and Parsuram Vijayasankar founded the company in 2022, based in Palo Alto. It raised an $11 million seed in 2023 led by Blume Ventures and Matrix Partners India, then a $25 million Series A in January 2025 led by Khosla Ventures and Z47 with Battery Ventures, Blume and Peak XV participating, taking the total to roughly $40 million. Zuora reports a 50 percent reduction in ticket volume and Pepper Money a 75 percent reduction in mean time to resolution; Abzena and Ammex also appear as customers. The platform carries SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, CSA STAR and ISO 42001 certifications.

Pricing is unusually transparent for this category, and unusually large. The Professional plan starts at $25,000 a year and includes 25,000 credits, 2 AI Coworkers, up to 250 end users, 500 managed devices and 50 applications; Business and Enterprise are sized by quote. There is also an outcome-based option, at $1 per knowledge support outcome, $2 per access automation outcome and from $3 per service resolution, each with an annual minimum. If you already run ServiceNow or Jira Service Management, Atomicwork will sit on top with no platform fee and charge only for what gets done. Choose it if you want agentic IT support with real governance and are buying at mid-market scale or above. Skip it if a $25,000 floor is more than the problem is worth.

About Rezolve.ai

Rezolve.ai is an enterprise agentic AI platform for autonomous IT, HR and FinOps support, and it is specific about what it is not: a general-purpose AI platform pointed at service desks, but a product purpose-built for IT, HR and shared services. It claims 55 to 85 percent ticket auto-resolution by eliminating L1 and L2 activity, using multi-agent orchestration to run whole workflows rather than answer single questions. The building blocks are a no-code Agentic Studio and Creator Studio, AI knowledge management on a proprietary agentic RAG approach, advanced logic and scripting, an automation marketplace of prebuilt workflows, and real-time dashboards.

Channel support is multimodal, covering voice through VoiceIQ as well as text and vision, and the platform ships prebuilt integrations with the major ITSM suites, knowledge management systems and enterprise SaaS. Worth knowing before you shortlist it: the product leads with Microsoft Teams throughout its own documentation and positions itself as a Teams-native service desk, with Slack supported alongside. If Slack is your primary channel, ask to see that experience specifically on a demo rather than assuming parity.

Saurabh Kumar, Manish Sharma and Kumar V S founded the company in 2017, and it has raised roughly $13.5 million across three rounds including an $11 million Series A. Its customer base skews public sector, education and mid-market rather than Fortune 500: Patelco Credit Union, AC Transit, Lightbridge Academy, SUNY, the City of Auburn, the NYC Department of Buildings, HPE Aruba Networking, the Minnesota Timberwolves and BW Offshore. It cites recognition from Gartner, Forrester and Everest Group, and a 4.8 out of 5 G2 rating.

Pricing is quote-based, though Rezolve's own FAQ is more forthcoming than most about the shape of it: the model has two components, end-user pricing plus a smaller agent price, with desktop automation priced separately by the number of desktop agents deployed. The company recommends a two-year term on contracts above $10,000 to lock pricing, and says features added during the term are included at no extra cost. Choose Rezolve.ai if you are a Microsoft Teams organisation, particularly in government, education, healthcare or financial services, and want deep automation rather than a knowledge bot. Skip it if you are Slack-first, or if you want published pricing before a sales conversation.
